Under the brand of Fren and Hepi, Mobile-8 is one of the largest telecommunication companies in Indonesia holding nation wide licenses for CDMA technology and FWA one. Fren are now in entire Java island, Madura, Bali, North Sumatra, South Sumatra, South Kalimantan, and South Sulawesi while Hepi has just been launched in Jakarta, Bandung, Bali and Banjarmasin and would be in other cities as well. Your major responsibilities:
- To conduct all kinds of market research qualitative research
- Preparing research brief, research design, discussion guide and questionnaire
- Conduct In Depth interview and in house FGD
- Preparing analysis and report
- Retail Audit
- Project Management
- Degree from reputable universities
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supervisory level with exposures in distribution management and area monitoring.
- Preferably from telecommunication background.
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Possess strong business sense, high integrity, good interpersonal skill and ability to motivate sales team/subordinate.
- Proactive, adaptive, mature, self starter, team player and hard worker.
- Familiar with pressure of high target environment
