RECEPTIONIST / OPERATOR (Code: REC)
Qualification :

• Minimum Diploma in Secretary
• Capable to work in minimum supervision, willing to work hard and under pressure, having high integrity, dedicated, and team work oriented
• Female, maximum 30 years old
• Attractive
• Excellent interpersonal skill
• Excellent communication skill
• Administration skill
• Positive Attitude
• Proficient in English
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Software and internet
• Some work expeience in relevant field will be of advantage

ACCOUNTING STAFF (Code: ACC)
Qualification :

• Hold D3/S1 degree in Accounting from reputable university
• Familiar with Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (SAK) & International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS)
• Excellent skills in Computer & Microsoft Office
• Fluent in written & spoken English
• Good personality and communication skills
• Hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Able to work efficiently and effectively, both independently and in a team
• Experience as Accountant will be an advantage
• Familiar with Axapta/Microsoft Dynamics AX will be an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome

OUTBOUND LOGISTIC ADMIN (Code: OLA)
Qualification :

• Hold D3/S1 degree in any discipline from reputable university
• Excellent skills in Computer & Microsoft Office
• Good command in English (passive)
• Good administrative and analytical skills
• Good personality and communication skills
• Hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Able to work efficiently and effectively, both independently and in a team
• Have a minimum 2 (two) years experience in related position
• Familiar with Axapta/Microsoft Dynamics AX will be an advantage

Human Resources Manager



Sika is a technology leader and holds a dominant position in diverse markets in the supply of chemically based Construction Products and Industrial Sealants and Adhesives. Activities include manufacturing, marketing, sales, R&D and administration.



We require an HR Manager to take responsibility for the full spectrum of human resource functions in Indonesia, including staffing, performance management, talent management, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, policy design and implementation.



The position will also be required to co-operate closely with Regional HR in developing and implementing Group initiatives.



Candidates must have as a minimum five years experience in Human Resources, a Bachelor degree in Business, Human Resources or related discipline and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
