PT Arutmin Indonesia is a global leading company in energy coal business with mine operations and a world class coal terminal in South Kalimantan. To support its growth, the company is searching for a high potential and dynamic individual to fill the positions as :Support Position
1. SHE Superintendent (Based: Senakin-South Kalimantan)
S-1 graduate. Min. 7 years working experiences and/or 3 years experience in coordinating roles. Excellent knowledge in Permitting, Safety regulations, SHE management and audit system.Good understanding of ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001. Knowledge of risk assessment methodology as it applies to the areas of healthy, safety, environment and general business.
2. Enviro. & Permit Supervisor (Based: Senakin-South Kalimantan)
S-1 degree in relevant discipline. Having 4 years experience in mining industry environmental & permits management. Excellent knowledge in environmental regulations and mining operation related permits. Familiar with AMDAL reporting as well as RKL & RPL. Having good experiences in Environmental Management and Waste Water Management.
3. Safety Officer (Based: Asam Asam-South Kalimantan)
S-1 degree holders in relevant discipline. Having minimum 2 years experience in SHE management of coal mining. Possess excellent knowledge in mining safety, health and/or environmental regulations.
4.Safety Supervisor (Based: Asam Asam-South Kalimantan)
S-1 degree holders in relevant discipline. Having minimum 5 years experience in SHE management of coal mining. Possess excellent knowledge in mining safety, health and/or environmental regulations. Having good understanding in mining safety, mining environment, government regulation compliance and permitting system.
5. Technical Marketing Superintendent (Based: Jakarta Office)
S-1 degree in Mining or Metallurgy or related disciplines with minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university. Having 5 to 10 years experiences in coal mining industries & process engineering in quality related role. Knowledge and understanding of coal mining, processing, bulk handling procedures, shipping and end use industries. Knowledge and understanding of coal combustion technology. Extensive experience and proven skill in coal quality management and technology.
Engineering & Development Position
1. Electrical Project Engineer (Based: Asam Asam & Satui-South Kalimantan)
S-1 degree in Electrical Engineering. Having minimum 5 years experience, previously handling projects in conveyor system is an advantage. Able to give recommendation options & evaluation on various engineering elements. Perform project engineering, project management, and contract management roles. (scope of work, tender documents, specification, drawings, estimates, etc.). Computer literate especially in PLC and Auto Cad.
2. Mechanical Project Engineer (Based: Asam Asam & Satui-South Kalimantan)
S-1 degree in Mechanical Engineering. Having minimum 5 years experience, previously handling projects in conveyor system is an advantage. Experienced in inspection of structure with particular emphasis on fabrication, welding standards, & quality. Able to give recommendation options & evaluation on various engineering elements.Perform project engineering, project management, and contract management roles. (scope of work, tender documents, specification, drawings, estimates, etc.) Computer literate especially in Auto Cad and Project Planning Software.
3.Civil Project Engineer (Based: Asam Asam & Satui-South Kalimantan)
S-1 degree in Civil Engineering. Having minimum 5 years experience, previously handling projects in conveyor system is an advantage. Able to give recommendation options & evaluation on various engineering elements. Perform project engineering, project management, and contract management roles. (scope of work, tender documents, specification, drawings, estimates, etc.) Computer literate especially Auto Cad is a must.
4. Project Administration (Based: Asam Asam & Satui-South Kalimantan)
D3/S-1 degree. Having minimum 3 years experience in administrative position. Experienced in project documentation, project library, project correspondence, and other administrative support. Able to arrange travel & accomodation for meeting & workshop. Computer literate especially in Office Program.
5. Geologist (Based: Rotated in all Arutmin Site-South Kalimantan)
Graduated from Geological Engineering with 1-2 years experience, fresh graduate are welcome to apply. Have good basic ability in mapping & wellsite. Possess good skills in communication both Indonesian and English.
Operation Position
1. Berthing Master (Based: Kotabaru-South Kalimantan)
Min. S1 Degree in Merchant Marine Academy and holding ANT II . Having 5 years sea experiences with minimum chief officer position. Holding harbor pilot license. Strong knowledge of about international marine regulation, ISM code and ISPP code
2. Land Acquisition Officer (Based: Asam Asam-South Kalimantan)
Min. S-1 graduate in social science or related disciplines. Min 3 years experiences in land acquisition possess. Possess good skills in communication, interpersonal, and negotiation with local community and external parties. Emotionally stable in under pressure situation. Possess good skill in Indonesian or local language.
3. Mine Engineer (Based: Asam Asam-South Kalimantan)
Min. S-1 graduate from mining engineering. Min 1-2 years experiences, fresh graduate are welcome to apply. Computer literate (Mining Software, MS Word, & Excel). Good language skills both spoken and written of both Indonesian and English.
4. Geodetic Engineer (Based: Satui-South Kalimantan)
Geodetic Engineering graduate with 1-3 years experience in surveying, fresh graduate are welcome to apply. Have good basic ability in surveying, GPS, and mapping software. Possess good skills in communication, interpersonal, and negotiation in Indonesian and English. Computer literate and good understanding of Mincom Software
