• Minimum 3 years relevant experiences
  
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
  
• Strong analytical skill and good in numbers
  
• Competencies in computer skills, particularly in database system
  
• Posseses a leadership skill

Requirements:

• Male not more than 30 years old and holds a bachelor degree from a reputable university with GPA min 2.75, preferably from Law background.
  
• Minimum 1 – 3 years progressive experience in similar roles preferably in MNC manufacturing industry.
  
• Have depth knowledge to maintain and control confidential letter such as warning letter, termination of employment letter, and offering letter to ensure all the process run well without work disruption
