INDUSTRIAL RELATION STAFF
Requirements:
- Male not more than 30 years old and holds a bachelor degree from a reputable university with GPA min 2.75, preferably from Law background.
- Minimum 1 – 3 years progressive experience in similar roles preferably in MNC manufacturing industry.
- Have depth knowledge to maintain and control confidential letter such as warning letter, termination of employment letter, and offering letter to ensure all the process run well without work disruption
- Hands-on experience in the process of build and maintain good relationship with Labor Union, LKS Bipartite; give guidelines to Labor Union regarding its function and responsibility; socialize the company regulations and policies on induction / orientation time for the new employee; and responsible as main team in Collective Labor Agreement to ensure all processes are aligned with company vision and mission.
- Attention to details and posses strong communication skills, follow through actions and decisions with sense of urgency, punctuality and meet agreed deadlines.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written) and computer application literacy is a must.
- Willing to be posted within the factory area in Beji – Pasuruan East Java
