Aero Jasa Perkasa is seeking qualified person who is highly motivated, committed, enthusiastic, and profesional candidates for the following position:

Sales & Ticketing Officer

Responsibilities :

* To provide the highest level of service in order to sell Jet Airways tickets to direct walking customers or travel agents partners by providing them the right advice and information.
* Actively issue electronic tickets, handle reservation, incoming call and related services in accordance with customer needs.
* Dispatch of fare sheet & product information to travel agents partner and customers.
* Actively interact with travel agent partners and Jet Airways Head office related department to ensure the agent and customer request is properly handled and solved.
* Ensure quality standards are achieved for all customer interactions through rapport building.
* Ensuring that all necessary airline rules and regulations are incorporated and that the customer request is met.
* Highlight to customers the legal requirements covering their journey such as passport, visa & health requirements and other details such as check-in place and time.
* Handle the sales administration to support the accounting work for closing the end of day sales and monies received.
* Collect and maintain a database of all potential customers and travel agents partners.
* Develop a personal relationship with Travel Agent or Customers by giving occasional calls and informing them of new services provided.
* Produce monthly sales report & statistic data that requested by management.

Experience and Qualifications:

* Female or male, with age 24-32 years old
* Minimum Diploma degree from Air Transportation or Tourism Academy
* Standard Fares and ticketing, Airlines reservations systems course
* Excellent interpersonal, and customer service skills.
* Committed, enthusiastic and hard working person
* Good English skill (oral & written)
* Ability to work in a busy sales team environment.
* PC based skills to operate Windows package including Microsoft Word/ Excel/ E-mail.
* Experience in similar position in International Airline or Travel Agent at least 2 years

Responsibilities:

* To ensure that overall airport operations meet Cathay Pacific’s standards, policies and procedures, and also satisfy local and international safety and standards.
* To support the ASM in leading Cathay Pacific’s team members and oversee Handling Agents colleagues to ensure that they interact with and provide consistent excellent Service Straight from the Heart to customers and colleagues.
