Finance Supervisor (Job # 479012)
Reporting to Financial Controller, this position will be accountable for supervising finance and accounting reporting activities. Responsibilities include review journal entries, reconciliation, assisting external and internal auditors, maintain deferred taxation inter company and revenue accounts and development subordinates. All activities should be compliance with all statutory reporting obligations and internal BHP Billiton accounting requirements.
To be considered for this position, you must have at least bachelor degree in accounting, 3 years related working experience, good knowledge about accounting and taxation. Proven experience in leading team, setting and monitoring goals, good analytical skills, excellent interpersonal skills and experience in mining company will be an advantage.
Technical Support Supervisor (Job # 478031)
Reporting to IT Superintendent, this challenging and exciting position will be accountable to managing technical information system support to all MCP operations. Responsibilities includes infrastructure, hardware, software, networking development and maintenance, providing technical advisory, analysis, recommendation and support to all users for IT related matters. All activities should comply to information management policies and HSEC polices and procedures.
To be considered for this position, you must have at least 6 years working experience with 4 years professional level experience in information system, programming, database, network enterprise system support. Proven experience in leading team, setting and monitoring goals, innovative and excellent interpersonal skills.
Business Systems (Job # 479012)
Reporting to IT Superintendent, this position will be accountable for supporting SAP implementation and maintenance. Responsibilities include to ensure project schedule alignment with business priorities, budget control, develop training module for key users, and ensuring continuous improvement for IT systems to be able giving it s best support to MCP business operations.
To be considered for this position, you must have at least 5 years working experience, good knowledge about SAP, MS SQL 2000 and MS SQL 2005, programming ASP.NET. Proven experience in leading team, setting and monitoring goals, good analytical and conceptual skills in software application development, innovative and excellent interpersonal skills will be an advantage.
