Financial Accountant, Accounts Assistant, Administrative Secretary, Marine Operations Manager, Port Captain, Technical / Marine Superintendent
Positions in Finance & Administration :
1) Financial Accountant
Reporting to the Group CFO, the incumbent is responsible for the full spectrum of financial accounting and management reporting. He will manage the finance and administration functions of all the local companies. In its start-up, he is expected to establish and implement appropriate computerised accounting systems, internal controls and timely financial reporting. He will carry out project evaluation studies and negotiations with banks and financial institutions on project / trade finance facilities. His responsibilities will include maintaining good relationship at high level of integrity with the governmental agencies, external parties or consultants on matters relating to legal, tax, banking, strategic and transaction structure.
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance or professional accountancy qualifications.
- At least 5 years relevant experience with a strong background in general accounting or auditing.
- Able to manage multiple changing agendas in a fast-paced environment.
- Committed individuals with good interpersonal and communication skills engaging at senior management level.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a good command of English.
- Wide exposure to a broad range of sales contract, Time Charter or Voyage contract and asset financing.
- Willing to travel at short notice to regional countries.
2) Accounts Assistant
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Financial Accountant and is responsible for maintaining the Group s computerized accounting system. He should be hands-on in developing and training accounting staff, internal control and implementing accounting policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy.
- At least 5 years relevant experience with a strong background in general accounting.
- Well-versed in MS Office Software.
3) Administrative Secretary
The successful candidate reports to the Financial Accountant and is responsible for the administrative and HR function of the company. Apart from secretarial duties, she is expected to spear-head the development of HR function and to provide the administrative support to the Accountant in our Jakarta office.
Requirements :
- A diploma in Administrative Management and or Secretarial practice.
- 5 to 8 years experience in secretarial position.
- Competency in MS Office, Publisher & Power Point or similar software.
- Good interpersonal skill and pleasant personality.
- Preference will be given to the candidates with a good command of English.
Positions in Marine Operations
1) Marine Operations Manager
- Experience in tugs and barges operations with a minimum of 8 years experience in a similar position.
- Familiar with vessel documentations, certifications, charter parties and insurance claims.
- Computer literate and well versed in latest marine telecommunications equipment.
2) Port Captain / Marine Superintendent (Ex Tug Boat Master)
- At least 5 years experience in tugs and barges engaging in the transport of bulk commodity.
3) Technical Superintendent
- Ex-Chief Engineer with experience in maintenance or overhaul of medium size ship engines for the last 8 years.
All above personnel in Marine Operations must be able to travel on short notice.
Both Finance and Marine Operations are based in our Jakarta Office.
