Marketing Management Trainee, Automation and Electrical Engineer PT MULTI BINTANG INDONESIA
PT Multi Bintang Indonesia, Tbk MBI is the leading beer and beverage company in Indonesia. It produces and/or markets a range of trademarked products, including Bir Bintang, Heineken, Guinness Stout, Green Sands, and Bintang Zero. The company operates breweries in Sampang Agung (Mojokerto) and Tangerang, with sales and marketing offices in all the major cities, from Medan in North Sumatra to Jayapura in Papua. To strengthen our team, we are currently seeking for talented and energetic person to be our:AUTOMATION & ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Responsibility:
- Monitor and control the daily implementation of calibration of instruments.
- Monitor and control troubleshooting on automation and electrical equipments.
- Develop preventive and routine maintenance program in managing and maintaining all instrumentation and electrical equipments.
- Monitor and control the availability of critical spare parts.
- Minimum S1 Degree from Electrical Engineering.
- Having at least 3 years of solid experience in automation instrumentation.
- Good understanding of SAP, Total Productive Management (TPM), ISO 9001 & 14000, HACCP.
- Proficient in English both oral & written.
- Familiar in computer applications.
- Work Location : Sampang Agung (Mojokerto).
MARKETING MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
Participates in the Traineeship Program for future challenging role in the designated division. The successful candidate will be exposed to all of our brands portfolio. After the traineeship period and positive evaluation, the trainee will be assigned to a specific role depending on his/her background, interest and the company needs.
Requirements:
- University graduates (S1 or S2) from Management, Business
- Administration or other relevant background
- Having 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing is essential, preferably from Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)
- Good command of English, both oral and written
- Computer literate
- Strong personalities, energetic, performance-driven
- Good communication skill
