We are currently seeking high caliber individuals to support CEVA Logistics business growth in Indonesia. We are looking for candidates to fill position as follow:Business Development Executive
Responsibilities :
- Set all sales programs & services in company
- Meet revenue targets based upon incentive program requirement
- Develop strong local customer relationship
- Generate new sales and business opportunities
- Effectively communicate customer expectation
- Grow local market share
- Bachelor degree in Logistics Management, preferable from Transport Management
- 1-2 years experience in Freight Forwarding Functions
- Strong local market knowledge
- Excellent in communication & negotiation skills
- Good business acumen and commercial sense
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Advanced in MS Office
Sales Manager
Responsibilities :
- To continually creating value of the company to meet commitments to customers
- Aggressively promote and sell the Company’s services in the market
- Constantly developing and growing the customer base of the Company
- Meet revenue targets set and agreed to with Management and actively participate in the sales incentive program
- Generate new sales and business opportunities to expand the Company’s share of segment and share of market
- Establish and develop strong customer relationship
- Provide the highest level of Service to all Customers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree, preferable from Logistics management
- 5 years of experience as sales manager in any kind of Industry (preferable from Freight Forwarding Company)
- Strong local market knowledge
- Marketing skills, in relation to brand awareness and well presented
- Knowledge of service capabilities and expectation
- Self driven and able to work with minimum of supervision
- Able to work extraordinary hours
- Excellent in communication & negotiation skills
- Good business acumen and commercial sense
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Advanced in MS Office
Ocean Freight Manager
Responsibilities :
Responsible for handling movement of goods through safe, effective and efficient sea transportation, to ensure operational procedures are achieved within company standards.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sea Transport Management or related education and work experience of similar role.
- Minimum three years experience as Sea Transport Manager.
- Advance in Ms. Office.
- Fluent in English, both written and oral.
- Has leadership ability and able to work in team.
- Ability to plan, organize work and resources and monitor results.
- Ability to anticipate, identify and solve problem with team.
- Understand Health & Safety standards.
- Has knowledge in sea freight and transport management, supply chain management, export and import regulation.
- Able to work under pressure.
