(BASED IN BALIKPAPAN OR JAKARTA)
Key responsibilities :
- Responsible for the business results.
- Ensure there are appropriate facilities, tools and resources to deliver aftermarket services to all customers.
- Meet revenue targets through direct personal management of key customers in the region and through the development of high performance sales team.
- Ensure the implementation of a competence development program to secure talent in the organization.
- Responsible for investigating competitor activities and conduct relevant market research to maintain market competitiveness.
- Actively search for ways to promote the full product range to all customers.
- Work closely with Product Managers and the Regional Aftermarket Team to grow the Tools, Parts and Services businesses.
- Manage the branches and site facilities.
- Financial Analysis and manage expenses within budget.
- Participate in the Regional Segment Management team with the objective of ensuring effective implementation of the Global Strategy, and by contributing to meet business commitments.
- Relevant university degree holder with 10 to 15 years of sales and marketing experience in the mining industry.
- Strong business acumen with excellent people management and leadership qualities.
- Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
