Contract Engineer
Requirement:
- Must Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Discipline
- Minimum 5 years experienced in related fields.
- Certified quantity surveyor / engineer.
- Experienced in contracts administration.
- Computer literate.
- Fluent English - oral & written.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Attention to details. Highly motivated & able to work under minimum supervision.
- Team player & good communication skills.
Contract Specialist / Legal Counsel
Requirement :
- Must Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree of Law
- Minimum of three (3) years experience practicing in the areas of commercial law and contract drafting.
- Ability to provide practical legal advice to senior management, tender and project teams.
- Ability to advise on and participate in contract negotiations and administration, claims handling and dispute resolution process.
- Ability to offer commercially oriented solutions and negotiate towards successful outcomes.
- Ability to review and draft agreements such as Construction Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Memorandums of Understanding, Settlement and Release Agreements and Confidentiality Agreements.
- Liaising and managing external legal service providers.
Project Cost Control
Requirement :
- Must Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree of Accounting
- Minimum 2 years experienced in cost control / project reporting/accounting.
- Excellent communication skills - spoken, written, & presentation.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office.
- Excellent business analysis skills.
Senior Project Planner/ Scheduler
Requirement :
- Must Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering discipline
- Having 5 (five) years working experience in related fields.
- Proven experienced as a Planning Engineer.
- Fluent English - both oral & written.
- Computer literate.
- Willing to work extended hours to meet project requirements.
- Team player & good communication skills.
