Lowongan Kerja PT. Putri Naga Komodo (PNK) is a non-profit joint venture company of an International Conservation NGO and Indonesian Entity that has acquired a license from the Ministry of Forestry to generate park revenue through the development and management of nature tourism in Komodo National Park (KNP). The company will be working, through a collaborative management approach with the KNP authority and other key stakeholders. This initiative is co-founded by World Bank’s Global Environmental Facility.
We are looking for high potential persons to fill the following position:
Lowongan Kerja General Manager – (Lowongan Kerja di Bali & Lowongan Kerja di Labuan Bajo)
Expected to lead PNK to work with all the key stakeholders. This position will recommend and implement business plans and produce deliverables in line with the full Project Document, lead a management team of finance & administration, human resources, conservation, community development, tourism & marketing and community outreach. Responsible for a broad range of management and leadership. Recruit, retain and manage high quality and effective managers and staff.
Qualifications: Preferably have a Master’s degree in related field and 10 years of related works experience at top level management. Successful experience in leading strategic company goals, business development, conservation interest and experience, skills in leading and developing employees and service oriented activities.
Lowongan Kerja Tourism Operations Manager – (based in Labuan Bajo)
Responsible to manage and develop a commercially viable ecotourism operation and guide socially and environmentally responsible tourism development in a remote location in Eastern Indonesia. Facilities and services include a restaurant, retail outlet and trekking-based tours than incorporate the unique conservation values of the location. Include the management of an entrance fee, recycling, energy efficiency, water conservation and creation of economic opportunities for local communities, while also monitoring the environmental impact of tourism.
Qualifications: Should have minimum S1 degree with at least 5 years experience in tourism-related business development and management and be familiar with issues of ecotourism, eco-technology and innovative, environmentally sustainable tourism implementation.
Lowongan Kerja Corporate Legal Secretary – (based in Bali)
Serves as key legal administrative coordinator. Assist management & Board of Director by performing complex work that requires knowledge of legal concepts and expertise regarding the legal system and substantive and procedural law. The position is also responsible to manage the administration, progress and maintenance of human resource functions by designing, developing and implementing HR best practices aligned with PNK strategies and goals.
Qualifications: Bachelor or Master Degree or equivalent and a license to practice law in at least one jurisdiction. At lease five years related legal experience or at least three years related legal and human resource experience.
