Job Descriptions:
  • Responsible for performing secretarial duties to support GM including documentation producing, filing, appointment scheduling, travel & hotel accommodation arrangement and office correspondences
  • Responsible for coordinating work among departments / follow up assignments from GM
  • Plan and organize management meeting
  • Support GM in presentation preparation for meetings
  • Checking and verify routine documents before seeking GM approval
  • Assisting the team member in gathering and analyzing the data, and provide a comprehensive summary report.
  • Responsible for database and document filling
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree level or Secretarial with 4 years experience as Sales / Team Administration Support
  • Literate in Microsoft Office especially in MS-Excel and Power Point
  • Good command in English verbally and written
  • Interested in Administration field and coordination
  • Able to work as team player

Lowongan Kerja Territory Supervisor - Lowongan Kerja di Sulawesi Selatan
Job Function:

  • To ensure presence of stocks at the retail point as per the norms and sales of the retailer
  • To ensure there is no sales loss to the consumer due to lack of availability of stocks
  • To ensure high visibility of all stock keeping units at the retail point
  • To ensure visibility through proper display of point of purchase merchandise
  • Endeavor to increase brand share at the retail point
  • To monitor and report competitor activities in shortest possible time
  • To administer schemes as per company policies
  • To teach and train the retailer and his staff on the product and its benefits and advantages over competition
  • To develop a healthy and professional relationship between the retailer and the organization
  • To monitor distributor stocks as per norms
  • To ensure that there is no shortage of stocks at the distributor point
  • To ensure that the distribution of stocks to the market is fast and efficient by the distributor
  • To calculate monitor and report distributor ROI periodically
  • To be a leader and mentor to the distributor sales force
  • To ensure company policies and practices are being adhered to at the distributor point and through the distributor, at the retail point
  • To be able and respected ambassador of the organization

Requirements:

  • University degree with 4 years experience

b Function:

  • Manage petty cash float and advances / reconciliations including prepare report for petty cash / advances usage and submit to HQ together with all supporting documents.
  • Procurement administrator local point (Under HQ direction)
  • Admin (Cars / Travel, etc)
  • Support Inventory stock takes including prepare weekly inventory movement report and physical count.
  • Manage filing
  • General Finance point of contact liaising back to HQ
  • Manage and coordinate travel arrangement to all Sales Team member
  • Maintain calendar for each team members and meeting rooms

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree level with 4 years experience in Finance and Administration field
