Responsibilities :
- To assist the General Manager Operation in the daily operations of Office
- Organize & handle all correspondence pertaining to General Manager Operation’s Office
- Filing of all General Manager Operation’s correspondences
- Document to be kept secure all the time
- To ensure report, return, etc are submitted by respective center as per schedule
- Budget preparation
- Handling communication system in General Manager Office
- Female
- Age between 25-30 years old
- Hold S1 Degree in any majoring from reputable University
- Experiences min 2 years
