One of our business units, PT. Sewu Segar Nusantara (SSN) is distribution manufacturer of Cavendish bananas under the name of “SUNPRIDE” and “SUNFRESH” in Indonesia. SSN’s main operation is located in Tangerang. SSN distributes directly and indirectly to more than 1,000 traditional markets and modern retail outlets across Indonesia.

Requirements:
- Male or female, preferably have obtained a University Degree in Psychology or Management with additional MBA/ Master Degree would be advantage.
- Good command of English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong sense of urgency, customer service focus, problem solving and self motivation.
- Min. 5 years of working experience in service industry.
- Experience in handling and managing outsource manpower is required.
- Implement all country specific HR development, processes, initiatives and programs.
- In depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures; recruitment, hiring, training, payroll. Good knowledge of manpower/ labor regulation is required.
