Legal Manager
Job description:
- Managing legal department and all its activities.
- Reviewing day-to-day operational contracts.
- Represent company in legal aspects, consult and communicate with lawyer and law firm.
- Maintaining validity of corporate license.
- Handle on corporate financial & restructuring projects
Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law.
- Having solid knowledge in Indonesian legal system.
- Having minimum 5 years of experience in Litigation and having experience in managerial level.
- Have a good communication skills in English and good interpersonal skill.
- Hard worker and willing to work at Pangkalan Kerinci, Riau.
