HEAD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
Responsibilities:
- Manage, control and ensure all Customer Service activities run according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), i.e. the process of customer’s opening and closing account, handling customer complaint, and the administration process linked to the activities.
- Coordinate and manage all Customer Service reporting tasks, including Customer’s Turnover Reports to management, and Customer’s Statement Account Reports to customers.
- Provide continuous employee training to ensure proper service and product knowledge.
- Career experience with the reputable Banking & Finance Industry, preferably from Securities Company
- Age : 30 - 35 years, graduated from a reputable University, holds minimum bachelor (S1) in any major
- Minimum 7 years working experience in Customer Service, in which 2 years served as Customer Service Head
- Has excellent knowledge in Bapepam and IDX regulations, and also WPPE licence from Bapepam.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written, computer literate, especially in Windows, Microsoft Office (Words, Excell, Power Point) and Internet
- High integrity and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, and has good customer service orientation skills, i.e. handling customer’s complaint skill, problem resolutions skill, and communication skill
- Good personality and appearance, good team work and cooperation as well as to perform as team leader.
