Technical Support Hotel System
Typical Duties:
- Assist in configuring and installing and supporting your product suite and associated interfaces when required.
- Work with clients to ensure that the contractual service expectations are exceeded.
- Responsible for the entry, tracking and management of all incoming support calls.
- Work with the support teams to ensure service level requirements are exceeded.
- Provide pre-sales support to local and regional partners.
- Provide end user training.
- Liaise with subject matter experts in the regional office on client requests for product enhancements.
- Be familiar with and adhere to the latest training and installation standards and procedures.
- Ensure familiarity with new releases as they become available.
- Duties may include travel, shiftwork and weekend work.
- Jakarta based.
- Familiarity with Windows 2000 / 2003 Operating System, Windows 98, 2000, XP and Microsoft SQL Server is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Crystal Reports is highly regarded.
- Basic working knowledge of networks, PCs and troubleshooting installation issues is highly regarded.
- Excellent written and spoken English are highly regarded.
- Fluency in Asian languages highly regarded.
- Female applicants is highly regarded.
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Accounting Information System, Hospitality, Information Technology or related disciplines.
