The Foundation of Indonesian Institute for Energy Economics (IIEE) concerns about the management and utilization of energy resources. IIEE has been conducting studies and researches to contribute towards improvement in energy policy and planning. To support its activities along this line of interest, IIEE has developed the Integrated Indonesian Energy and Environmental Model (IIEEM), an integrated computer model that incorporates technical, economical, and environmental considerations in the search for optimal energy uses. IIEEM has been used in several studies, both for internal research interest as well as for several government and non-government institutions, national and international.

Since its establishment in 1995, IIEE has been actively involved in the development of public awareness and capacity building to convey the importance of optimal and efficient energy resources management. IIEE intends to work with government institutions, private sector and non-government organization to enhance this effort. These approach are reflected in IIEE Portal, which allows public access to reach various energy databases managed by IIEE as well as pubic participation in open discussion forums via internet. .

IIEE is recruiting for Researcher in Energy Economics with following requirements:

• S1 or Master Degree from an accredited university in a field related to energy, economic and environment or other relevant disciplines
  
• Two (2) years of progressive experience in research
  
• Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking
  
• High skill in report writing, both at academic and business level
  
• Computer literate is a must, and ability in computer programming is a plus
  
• Able to work under tight schedule, independently or as a team
