Financial Controller, Medan, Sumut

Description:
Managing the day to day operation of the finance department and itsassociated functions.Support the Commercial Manager and assist in business processes to ensurethe smoothoperation of the financial and commercial department. To liaise closely with other managers, internal and external.

Requirements:

• Male or Female.
  
• Ages maximum 40 years old.
  
• Minimum Bachelor degree of Accounting
  
• Minimum 5 Years experiences in the same position (preferably from Hotel Industry)
  
• Strong analytical and financial skill
  
• Technical and practical skills in financial controlling.
  
• Staff development and leadership skills.
  
• Skills in forecasting, budgeting and analysis of variances.
  
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills to effectively translate ideas,concepts and information.
  
• Willing to work in Medan, Sumatera Utara
