Program Manager Indonesia (Ref No. 52)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop good relations with the Government, clients and key stakeholders in Indonesia. Work with partners such as governmental agencies, NGOs, political affiliations, and communities.
  
• Demonstrate leadership in relations with external stakeholders.
  
• Work with project team leaders as well as the various internal departments.
  
• Manage in an effective manner the programs in Indonesia by managing the relationship with the Government as well as key national and international stakeholders in Indonesia.
  
• Providing stategic direction to the programs and high level managerial aspects of programs.
  
• Taking care of overall supervisory responsibility for operational aspects of the programs.
  
• Prepare and submit periodic reports to headquarters
  
• Representing company in meetings and conferences in Indonesia

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Social Science/Sociology, Nursing, Medical Science, Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent. (Business and Engineering background may apply with relevant experience and background)
  
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  
• Diplomacy and excellent negotiation skills
  
• Ability to handle political situations
  
• Excellent communication skills (in English and Bahasa Indonesia)
  
• Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision in a non-office setting
  
• Methodical with ability to deliver timely results
