- Min.1 years of professional experience as PR & Marketing (preferably from Hospitality Industry)
- Very good knowledge of MS.Office.
- Self Motivation, and has great communication skills.
- High level of interpersonal skill and culture awareness.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
- Creative thinking, good organization and planning skills
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Drive, motivation and enthusiasm
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

- Good business sense and budget awareness
- Researching the market, consumer attitudes and competitors
- Coming up with ideas for marketing campaigns
- Arranging for advertisements to go into newspapers, magazines, the trade press, TV or Radio
- Organising the production of posters, flyers, and brochures
- Writing and distribution press releases and mailshots
- Maintaining a database of customers
- Arranging sponsorship
