By linking local individuals and communities with new ideas and technology, Winrock is increasing long-term productivity, equity, and responsible resource management to benefit the poor and disadvantaged of the world.Winrock International, is looking for a Country Manager to lead a USAID funded program working in the areas of investment facilitation, policy advocacy and capacity building for renewable energy and energy efficiency projects in Indonesia
Minimum qualifications are
- At least ten years experience in senior management with a donor-funded program (preferably USAID), international non-profit organization or bilateral or multilateral donor energy.
- At least five years previous experience working in the energy sector
- Experience in managing budgets of over $500,000 annually
- Demonstrated skills in program design, delivery and monitoring
- Ability to work independently and also as a team member
- Demonstrated capacity to write donor progress reports, develop contract for technical work and prepare evaluation reports, and
- Proven track record of effective communication and outreach to organizations and networks in Asia’s clean energy sector
