PT. TIARA ENERGY established on August 29th 2005 in relation with the opportunity of the oil and gas business deregulation, legalized by the Notary Act No. 11 issued by Mr. Heru Warsito, SH, Public Notary in Jakarta. Focusing and Operating in the field of energy as oil, gas, coal, and electricity business to actively participate in overcoming the energy problem in Indonesia.

In line with our expansion plan, we are now seeking for talented, creative, self-motivated and dedicated professional to join with our team.

Marketing And Business Development Manager
Responsible for overall operations especially in areas of business development of the company by ensuring the achievements of its short-term and long term goals, with the defined strategic directions and business expansion plans.

Key Duties

• Develop and maintain close relations with potential business partners/clients and pursue business development activities and to seek for new business opportunities.
• Direct activities of the divisions and ensures that they operate in accordance with corporate policies and objectives.
• Drives the business and responsible to achieve the revenue, profit, growth and market share targets.
• Understands the addressable market and deploys an effective sales force to maximize sales and creates clear tactical and strategic direction to achieve the same.
• Develops relationships at senior levels with large companies in industrial automation; process control; heating, power generation, mining, plantation, oil and gas; appliance and tools to support the opportunities for growth of business.
• Manages the relationships with the local government and regulative authorities

Requirements:

• Female, age max 35 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Mining Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferably Senior Managers with convincing personality, high energy and integrity. Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong Financial and Operational capabilities with hands on attitude and leading by example.
• Strong Business and Entrepreneurial skills. Resourcefulness with an aptitude for calculated risk taking and creativity. Excellent General Management Experience.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
