HHRMA Hotel Career Info. Le Dian Hotel is located in the heart of Serang, the Capital City of Banten, 1.5 hours drive to the west side of Jakarta. The only 4 star international business hotel in Serang city with complete ranges of leisure facilities and now is looking for:
FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER
to handle both FB Product and Services with 2 Restaurants and Room Service, 1 Lobby Lounge, a ballroom cater up to 500 pax and 10 meeting rooms, 1 Music Room, 3 Karaoke Deluxe Rooms.
The candidate should have the following requirement:
· Willing to reside in Serang, Banten,
· Has experience min of 2 years in similar position preferably in hotel industry,
· Possesses strong leadership and develop team to ensure that your team delivers quality services, both in the production and service at all points of sale in the hotel,
· Has capability in training/facilitating people with good communication & analytical skill,
· Effective leadership of all department members with good listener, dynamic and well organized capability,
· Motivate and create a team spirit in all sections of the Food and Beverage.
· Ensure that the profitability of your department is consistent through innovative marketing
· Able to manage expenses within budget constraints to enhance profitability
