Group Financial Controller
( Jakarta Base )
Responsibilities:
* Able to lead and develop the finance team across multiple locations.
* Overall managing the entire finance management function including timely preparation of monthly Management Reports, Cash Flow Management, Tax Planning and Annual Budgets.
* Formulate and implement financial policies and internal control system to support for the growth of business.
* Undertake the role of corporate finance to arrange for the required funding to finance for the new project.
* Provide high level of analytical review and strategic financial input to support the operation of the business.
* Ensure compliance with laws and regulations on accounting standards, risk management and taxation.
Requirements:
* Male / Female, min 38 years old and above.
* Min 2 years of working experience in the same position from reputable 4 – 5 star group hotels.
* Proven hands-on experience in a multiple location.
* Exposure in corporate finance and knowledgeable in accounting standards.
* Strong analytical mind and good communication skills.
* High commercial acumen, able to work in a demanding and dynamic environment and the gravitas to drive and execute changes is imperative.
* Fluency in write and spoken English is a pre-requisite.
