Assistant Director of Sales – Karma Resorts, Bali

Based in Bali and reporting to the Group Sales and Marketing Director, this role is responsible for driving the occupancy and revenue of Karma Resorts within Indonesia as well as representing the global portfolio.
To be successful you will need a minimum of 3 years experience, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and able to work with people at all levels.
Experience in resort sales sector will be highly regarded as will the following attributes:
* Ability to work with a high level of accountability and results orientation
* Flexibility to adjust to the changing needs of the business, taking on new ideas, initiatives, brands and responsibilities as they are presented
* Ability to simultaneously work on a number of initiatives and projects, often under pressure
* Self starter, exhibiting initiative, confidence, professionalism & good judgment
* Effective time management, negotiation and influencing skills
* Excellent knowledge/understanding of global accommodation drivers and distribution systems
* Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
