Our clients mostly from national or multinational company that primary business in Banking, Telecommunication and etc. Currently, we have assignee our professional workers spread on several banks, including local or international bank.:

IT Sales (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

* Perform & maintain sales activities for medium/large project accounts to ensure high profitability for company.
* Establish & manage business relationship in account market areas and targets new customers or business opportunities.
* Identify business opportunities, assess client's needs and requirements and make proffer follow-up to ensure optimum responses.
* Participate in marketing management to identify, evaluate and implement new business development efforts in assigned areas.
* Prepare proposal, quotation, presentation and deliver to clients and ensure they are delivered in a professional way.
* Capitalized on existing leads by closing sales and expanding opportunities.
* Responsibilities for the gathering and analysis of relevant industries data to identify best practice , competitive advantages and trends in the marketplace.
* Coordinates with other units to develops and ongoing information gathering process.
* Performs or participate negotiation process of new service or marketing agreements.

Requirements:

* Female/Male, Single
* Age between 23 -30 years old
* Bachelor Degree from a reputable university, preferably from IT / Computer Science/ electro with minimum GPA 2,75
* Having experience minimum 3 years in selling and marketing IT Solution Software
* Having experiences selling on Enterprise Asset Management, Business Intelligence and Information Management are advantage
* Having good networking in Financial or Telecoms or Oil & Gas or Mining industry or Banking are advantage
* Skill in analyzing business practice/processes
* Good negotiating skill and interpersonal skill.
* Good Looking appearance, honest & fast learner
* Fluent on English both active and passive
* Willing to work hard under pressure and result oriented

.Net Programmer (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

* Develop application with back-end, report and databases and other tools;
* Provide test plans and test suites for applications;
* Provide interpersonal and user interaction skills to assist in testing, deployment, and support;
* Perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Physics and Math Science
* Have 1 years experience
* Fresh graduate are welcomed
* Able to start working immediately
* Have strong knowledge in C#/ VB.NET / ASP.NET
* Have good skills in software development and object oriented analysis, current technical skills in .NET
* Have great motivation to learn new skills/ technologies, excellent analytical/ problem solving skills, fast learner, resourceful, committed, hard worker, and self-initiative.
* Able to work independently and part of team.
