Danfoss Refrigeration Division Manager
Responsible for management and development of the Danfoss DR business and organisation in the country, to achieve our short and long term targets.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities :

* Achieve the Danfoss DR targets month by month.
* Strong focus on developing new business and growing current business with large OEMs & Wholesalers.
* A motivated & competent organisation.
* Show engagement in developing the business in Indonesia.
* Build & review strategy for SGSC.

Job Holder's requirement :

* Mechanical or electrical engineer.
* Commercial Education/Commercial handling experience.
* Good communication skills – show leadership.
* Sales skills / Ability to lead teams.
* Coaching and motivation of sales force.
* Business management.
* People management.
* Experience with sales or application of Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.

The successful candidate can expect to work in a results-oriented multi-cultural environment, therefore the ability to withstand pressure and a flair for working with people are pre-requisites.
