Leadership Development Program
This program is designed for fresh graduates who are highly potential to be groomed as Future Leader at PT. MNC Sky Vision. The selected trainees will have daily challenges through on the job trainings and projects accomplishment. We have three major areas in our Leadership Development Program as following:

• Sales & Marketing (SM)
• Operation & Technical Service (TS)
• Customer Care (CC)

General Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or max. 1 year working experience.
• Bachelor Degree from reputable University with GPA min. 3.3 (scale 4.0), preferable majoring in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Logistics, Accounting, Communication or Public Relation.
• Proven leadership skill in organizational experiences/extracurricular activities is a must.
• Strong analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication skill.
• Fluent in English for both oral and written, having TOEFL/IELTS certification is preferred.
• Target oriented.
• Able to work as a team or as an individual.
• Quick response and multi tasking.
• Willing to travel and to be placed all Indonesia’s branches.
