Responsibilities:

• Involves in HR management and Training&Dev function which includes orientation of new employees, organize and conduct internal training and external training.
• Conduct regular audit on all training materials to ensure that content is always up-to-date.
• Conducts training needs analysis to identify the training needs for company and design for training schedule, program and budget.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Mass Communications, Psychology, Education/Teaching/Training, or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Office.
• Required language(s): English.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
