Business Development (Tangerang)
Responsibilities: dentify potential partners (channels) to joint in access management business, to approach and convince them in systematic and effective fashion, to monitor the agreement performance, and to maintain partners high level of satisfaction. Manage & develop channel in order to drive sales performance and achieve their target
Requirements:
o Minimum S1 of any discipline from reputable local or overseas university, preferably in Computer Science or Engineering
o 3 years hands-on experience in sales or marketing area
Relevant Skills:
o Fluent in written and spoken English
o Access Control, Mechantronics and industry knowledge
o Knowledge in planning and budgeting
o Negotiating and strong communication skills
o Possess business and marketing skills
o Presentation & Computer skills
o Good customer service orientation
o German and/or Mandarin language is a plus point
o Target oriented and highly self-motivated
o Ability to work under pressure and independently in team
