IT Executive (IT) (Jakarta)
Responsibilities:

* Assist senior IT Executive in developing, coding, compiling application and other related task
* Identify BUs needs and develop appropriate applications upon approval.
* Assist day-to-day end users supports
* Assist in deploying IT projects

Requirements:

* Male/Female, max. 28 years old
* Min. Education Background: S1 from any discipline
* Able to communicate in English (Oral & writing)
* Experience in Algorithm, OOP, Visual Programming (VB. ADO, Java), Web Programming (static web programming with XHTML, Client side programming with PHP & ASP Programming ASP.Net, maintaining and managing SQL server, system analyst & design, Ms. Access
* Server OS, client OS, Ms. Office product, networking
* Understand barcode system
* Self starter, proactive, analytical, structured, eager to learn new skills, logical, consistent, creative, constructive challenge
* Willing to travel occasionally
* Placement will be in Cengkareng, Jakarta

CS Manager (Jakarta)
Responsibilities:

* Purpose:
o To Manage, control and develop Customer Service Department to ensure optimum customer service & communications to free hands and nominated accounts in order to gain maximum customer retention


* Job Description :
o Ensure that complaints and enquiries from customer handled timely and properly
o Maintain communication with shipper & consignee for shipment schedule
o Work closely with others Dept to ensure implementation of agreed customers' arrangement, to find solutions and fulfill customer requirements.
o Working closely wit related team - internal and overseas colleague for problem solving and working on alternative solution in order to settle complaint / claim and fulfill customer requirement
o Proactively finds and tackles areas of improvement with other cross departmental and or functional.
o Keep abreast of all Government Regulation and maintain compliance, relevant market and industry situation and development
o Build and maintain good relationships with any necessary relevant institutions and or organizations that relevant to support the business
o Maintain contact with overseas offices to verify term of trade, nominated shipment, shipping/airline schedule & documents
o Ensure the achievement of customer service business targets and KPIs.
o Analyze costs and cost structure and implement improvement measurements and actions
o Conduct constant improvement and optimization of department resources
o Ensure adherence to department ISO standards in line with corporate instructions
o Monitoring performance from each team member and ensure that each team member doing their job properly and able to perform their task and achieve customer satisfaction
o Actively gather input from customer on their expectation and ensure that CS team able to fulfill their requirement
o Working closely wit related team - internal and overseas colleague for problem solving and working on alternative solution in order to settle complaint / claim and fulfill customer requirement
o Continuously evaluate working process and working on improvement to ensure CS team able to perform their task efficiently and effectively
o Delegate and supervise the following task :
o Implementation of SOP / any specific customer requirements and ensure that we fully comply and avoid any possible service failure.

Requirements:

* Male/Female
* Minimum Education Background : S1 from any discipline
* Computer Literate
* Good command in English
* Minimum 5 years experiences in same position in Freight Forwarding or Logistic Company
* Have good competencies in Business Acumen, Customer Orientation, Shaping Direction, Commitment to Excel, Building and Leading Teams, Building and Managing Partnerships, Cross Border Thinking, Constructive Challenge.
* Could motivate and cooperate with all people from any level and organization.
* Giving direction, convincing leadership skills and time management skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer focus.
