We’re looking for an art director who has pleasant personalities, great interpersonal skills and can be a team player and leader at the same time. Due to our standard, you need to have a sophisticated aesthetic sense, strong conceptual abilities, and dedication to artwork quality. In a nutshell, we want a passionate and dedicated art director.

Art Director

Responsibilities:

Develop assigned projects from conceptualization through design to final signoff and delivery
Work collaboratively on each project with others on the team including designers and copywriters
Complete work in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality Develop a range of both online and print projects including email campaigns, online advertising campaigns, brand videos, print collateral and sales pieces

This position requires:

Fundamental understanding of design and branding best practices
Excellent typography skills – you make type turn cartwheels
Excellent attention to detail
Strong conceptual abilities
Someone self-motivated and driven
Ability to manage and meet deadlines
Strong collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills
Expert-level skills with the entire Adobe CS3 suite (In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, Bridge); Flash skills a plus
3+ years experience as a designer or art director in an agency or in-house creative group is a plus.
Experience with consumer brands; experience with fashion a big plus
A rock solid portfolio
Max. 28 years old

Copywriter

Creative & energetic; it means you will need to have lots of ideas.

Exceptional writer with TOEFL score Min.550
High level English proficiency of writing in English and Bahasa.
Fast Learner and have strong communication skills.
Max. 28 years old
2 to 3 years of experience in writing profession would be a major advantage.

You'll be expected to:

Drafting to finalized copy and ideate concepts for the full spectrum of creative projects such as ; packaging, advertisements, brochures, press releases and websites.
Juggle multiple projects simultaneously, and work closely with clients.
Should be able to partners with art director, graphic designer, and illustrator
Contribute to team initiatives
