Due to our continued expansion and recently announced acquisitions, we are seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced candidate for below position in one of our many projects

Chief Mine Technical Officer / Kepala Teknik Tambang (KTT)

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Have Certification in " Kepala Teknik Tambang" or Pengawas Operasional Utama
  
• Good understanding about mining operation rules and regulations as per Kepmentamben 555
  
• Good relationship/network with government institutions.
  
• Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
  
• Knowledgeable in QSE, Mine Reclamation, and Rehabilitation
  
• Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization / corporate
  
• Highly self motivated and strong analytical skills.
  
• Creative and self starter, team player and having self integrity.
  
• Initiative, planning & organizing skills, problem solving, time management, interpersonal skills, teamwork, and client focus and be result driven,
  
• Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result
  
• Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem
  
• Computer literate (MS Office).
  
• Willing to be located on Mining site for extended roster
  
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mining/Mineral) or equivalent
  
• At least 4 - 8 years of official appointment as “Kepala Teknik Tambang” is required for this position
  
• Good knowledge on regulations of Republic of Indonesia.
  
• Excellent communication in both written and spoken English.
  
• Good communication and report writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  
• Good presentation and negotiation skills
  
• Have a good, strong, pleasant and professional personality with ability to easily adopt with changing government institution environment.

Responsibilites:

• Ensure mine safety standards are maintained during day to day operations,
  
• Can communicate all significant issues relating to operations, environmental management or safety.
  
• Assists in staffing, outlining project plans, setting project goals/deadlines, and evaluating performance.
  
• Ensures the safety and health of mine workers
• Supervises contractors, and consultants in tasks related to the mining function
  
• Recommends corrective action when problems are detected
  
• Discipline of Subordinate
  
• Report to Dinas Tambang

Senior Tax Officer

Requirements:

• Male / Max. 45 years of age.
  
• Min. Bachelor Degree.
  
• Min. 5 years experiences as Tax Officer.
  
• Have experience working in Coal Mining Company preferred.
  
• Creative, hardworking and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Good command in English for communication and written is must.
  
• Full-Time positions available.
  
• Will be post in Jakarta Office but should be able travel frequently to Project Site.

Responsibilities:

• Checking and review vendors' invoice and determine tax treatment.
  
• Prepare monthly tax report (VAT and Income Tax) for 6 tax entities (4 active, 2 non active entities).
  
• Prepare monthly tax payment.
  
• Prepare report and payment for annual land and building tax.
  
• Prepare royalty payment.
  
• Prepare monthly reconciliation of tax accounts in accounts listing with tax report.
  
• Prepare VAT output invoice.
  
• Assist Tax Manager in handling tax audit/objection.
  
• Liase with ITO trough correspondence or meeting for any tax problems.
  
• Liase with PWC auditor.
  
• Inform any tax ruling updates that have impact on companies' operation.

Mine Superintendent
Degree in mining engineering, minimum 7 years experience in coal mining, poses POM certificate and fluent in English both oral & written.

Drill & Blast Engineer
Degree in mining Engineering, minimum 3 years experience as Drill & Blast engineer, poses blasting certificate also fluent in English both oral & written.

Drill & Blast Supervisor
SMU or D3 in mining will preferably, POP certificate, minimum 5 years experience in open pit drill & blast operation also poses blasting certificate.

Drilling Foreman
SMU or D3 in mining will be preferably, minimum 3 years experience in open pit drilling operation and familiar with rotary percussive drill machine.

Drill & Blast Administration
SMU, minimum 1 year experience in magazine and explosive clerical job, computer literature and able to communicate in English.

Magazine Keeper
SMU or D3 ini mining will preferably, minimum 3 years experience in Drill & Blast operation, posses blasting certificate and familiar with P1/P22 and magazine management.

Blaster
SMU, or D3 in mining will preferably, minimum 3 years experience in surface blasting operation, posses blasting certificate and well known with nonel tie-up.

Production Foreman
SMU, or D3 in mining will be preferably, POP certificate and have a minimum 5 years experience in coal mine.

Coal Mining Foreman
