• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in sales/ customer service

• Promote Umbilical Cord Blood (UCB) banking services and ensuring that targets for client enrolment are met (no cold calls, leads/ clienteles will be provided)
  
• Client relation management and education of UCB services
  
• Participate in marketing events
  
• Manage both pre and post sales activities

• Degree holder in Accountancy and/or equivalent professional qualifications
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) preferred
• Minimum 3 or 5 years relevant working experience in a supervisory/ management level

• Oversee the day to day operation of the laboratory
• Ensure timely processing and storage of all cord blood units
• Identify and recommend process development/ improvements in processing and storage of cord blood units
• Responsible for competency testing and ensure adherence to documented procedures and protocols
• Ensure adherence to lab and regulatory requirements
• Maintain safe and clean working environment in the lab

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Science/ Biomedical/ Biotechnology or other related life sciences disciplines
• At least 3-5 years of biomedical or pharmaceutical industry experience
• Experience working under Quality Assurance and Regulatory compliance environment
• Cord blood processing or blood banking industry experience would be advantageous
• Understanding of aseptic handling techniques
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
• Ability to lead and motivate lab staff
