1. Directional Drilling Coordinator (DDC)



Requirements:

• Has international experience and be fluent in the English language

• A minimum 7 years experience in the position of DDC

• A minimum 10 years previous experience, as a directional driller, including 5 years outside his home country at international locations

• Has drilled a variety of directional and horizontal well profiles

• Total minimum experience 17 years

• Required to attend the company drilling meeting each morning while drilling operations are ongoing, or as required

• Available for, and communication with, Company personnel on a 24/7 basis

• Attend pre-spud meetings and if requested, will give a brief description of the well profile as well as discuss bottom hole assemblies for each hole section

• Be responsible for all ongoing MWD/LWD operations and technical assistance (he can call on the CONTRACTOR MWD/LWD representative if required)

• To ensure that BHA s to be used in the well will be configured with tools as specified in the contract

• To ensure that final end of well reports are completed within 14 days after completion of activities on the well



2. Manager District / Operations I (Specialized Tools)



Requirements:

• Bachelors degree with 8 years work related oilfield experience in field and operations

• Broad understanding of the product line/services in an operational area, in particular oil well completion practices and operations

• Good knowledge of downhole tools equipment is a must

• Other oilfield experience will be considered. Comprehensive understand of customer requirements and market conditions

• Basic knowledge of company s business practices including strategic planning, budgeting and staffing

• Strong interpersonal skills and computer literacy



3. Exploration Manager



Requirements:

• Masters of Geoscience subject with more than 15 years of experience

• Member of the Indonesia Leadership Team with Other Value Chain Members

• Member of Global Exploration Manager Network

• Have experiences for exploration and new ventures assets in Indonesia

• Have experiences in budgeting, talent management, work scheduling, resource planning, technical quality control

Susi Air is the largest operator of Cessna 208 Caravan aircraft in the Asia Pacific Region. We operate a total of 13 Cessna Caravan with currently 27 more on order. DISTRICT MANAGER
Acting as business owner in designated region in order to meet predetermined organizational goals and objectives

Job description:

• Participates actively in the planning, development, and implementation of key accounts with Account Managers,
  
• Work closely with Account Managers and reviews account plans to assure the achievement of district sales goals,
• Works routinely with Account Managers and monitors the development of sales abilities and skills through a direct observation and review of paperwork, organization, planning and etc,
  
• Maintains open lines of communication with administration, departmental management and other departmental personnel,
  
• Prepares timely reports of departmental activities (e.g. sales report, staff development, branch activities),
  
• Plans and implements a constructive quarterly meetings,
  
• Maintains and reviews the expenses incurred and profitability of district assigned,
  
• Builds healthy working environment and develop team synergy,
• Do capacity and capability planning to ensure the organization is enough to deliver the works,
• Develops strategic planning for every function to ensure the district will meet the goals,
  
• Fully responsible and monitor for project that is executed in the district,
