BHIT Oil, Gas & Mining Division – Mining Projects is currently in search of a Manager Exploration who believes they can add value through supporting the management of the owners team to successfully deliver capital projects. The project is in Sumatera and Kalimantan, Indonesia.

Reporting to the Project Director, General Manager Exploration will be responsible for managing drilling and other related data acquisition, validation and verification for various stakeholders to build a reliable geological database required for mine design and related engineer purposes. You will provide direction to the Exploration team and Contractors and Introduce BHIT Systems and procedures especially in respect of HSE that are consistent with best practice within BHIT. • Strong HSE background with safety leadership skills, coaching and mentoring skills, incident Investigation skills, knowledge of most common HSE tools and skills.
