Responsibilities & skills required :

• Male, S1 in Accountant.
• Experiences 3-5 years in A/P, familiar with related program preferred.

Inventory Control Staff / Supervisor
Responsibilities & skills required :

• S1 in Accounting (male preferred).
• Min. 3 years in costing or inventory control (Min 5 years of experiences for Supervisor level).
• Controlling stock and fixed assets.
• Reconcile GL and listing of asset & stock.
• Reporting stock and assets (knowing of Accpac Program is a must).

Hatfield has operated a full-time office in Indonesia for more than 18 years, providing environmental consulting services to industry, government agencies, NGOs and international development organizations. PT Hatfield Indonesia has grown significantly in the past 5 years, resulting in the need to relocate to a new, larger office in the city of Bogor, West Java. On April 18th, the Ambassador of Canada, his Excellency John Holmes, officially opened the office in the company of the Canadian Trade Commissioner, clients (past and present), and partners from the Indonesian Institute of Science and Bogor Agriculture University.

PT Hatfield Indonesia (PTHI) is seeking an intermediate level Environmental Specialist for our Bogor office. The selected individual will work under the supervision of the Environment Manager and other senior staff and join a team of specialists/scientists with working in environment, forestry, and geomatics.

Marketing Administrator (Intermediate Level)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain project and client database – ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date;
• Maintain company profile and consultant CVs;
  
• Monitor selected print and electronic media daily and weekly for business opportunities and report to management;
  
• Support the development and maintenance of marketing materials (flyers, presentation, etc);
  
• Coordinate proposal/tender development, in particular the administrative requirements and ensure proposals are submitted on-time and are complete;
  
• Arrange meeting appointments with clients as required;
  
• Support the organization of company marketing events or attendance at conferences;
  
• Maintain monthly contact with Head Office Marketing Manager (Vancouver) to provide update on PTHI marketing materials, marketing initiatives, and project database; and
  
• Cooperate with the PTHI Quality Management Representative to ensure training logs and CVs are maintained as per quality management requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Administration or other relevant subject from a reputable university;
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing administration, preferably in a consultancy providing services in the oil & gas or mining sector;
  
• Familiar with Indonesian tendering process in Oil & Gas and mining sectors;
  
• Fluent in English both oral and written;
• Computer skills required: MS Office, MS Excel and MS Access; and
  
• Excellent communication, writing and analytical skills.

Environmental Specialist (Intermediate Level)

• Contributing to and managing aspects of various environmental projects some of which will include: Environmental Impact Assessments, Environmental Monitoring, Environmental Audits, Environmental Baseline Surveys, and liaise with government bodies for environmental permit approval;
  
• Assisting in the development of proposals for various environmental projects (as mentioned above);
  
• Analyzing data and report writing related with environmental projects; and
  
• Reporting and coordinating project activities with senior management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A minimum of Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, and/or related fields of specialization such as Biology, Chemistry, or Fisheries;
  
• Minimum 5 years progressive experience working on environmental projects or in environmental consultancy in Indonesia;
  
• Familiar with Indonesian environmental regulations for numerous sectors: mining, oil and gas, etc.;
  
• Experience working in the oil and gas sector is a strong asset;
  
• Familiar with air quality monitoring (i.e. air emissions);
  
• Possess good network of contacts from environmental organizations;
  
• Computer skills: MS Office, MS Project, Statistical Software (or other additional as an advantage);
  
• Excellent communication, analytical and writing skills; and
  
• Strong English writing and speaking skills

Lowongan Kerja Global Eco Rescue (GER) is an environmental services company. It purpose is to reserve gross global environmental degradation and destruction by utilizing the global carbon markets. By selling carbon credits derived from environmental activities, GER will raise the necessary funds to address pressing environmental problems such as deforestation, illegal logging and degradation. GER is active primarily in East Kalimantan. We are now recruiting for various positions for our organization.

Lowongan Kerja Managing Director (MD)
Lowongan Kerja Forest Managers (FM)
Lowongan Kerja Field Supervisors (FS)

The managing Director of PT GER will be responsible for managing Director GERs Jakarta office. He will be the main interface between GER and Indonesia government as well as GER’s Indonesia partners. The MD should have at least 10-15 years of professional experience. The MD needs to be familiar with the forestry sector and possess a high environmental consciousness. Fluent in English is required. The Forest Managers and Field Supervisor will work with the Managing Director and our Indonesian partners to implement a forest protection, monitoring and implementation plan. A graduate degree in a relevant field is required. Position required a minimum of seven years (FM) and five years (FS) of work experience in conservation natural resource management. Combination of non-profit and private sector experience is desirable. Local knowledge in East Kalimantan is necessary as well as experience with logging companies and practices. Some English language skills are important but no required. Willing to work in remote area and under limited supervision.
