• Degree / Diploma in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Chemical)

• Experience : 5 years

• Ensure mill is operated efficiently and all process and quality parameters are maintained to set targets.
• Ensure efficient Mill Management, and cost effective operation.
• Good leadership and man-management skills.
• Be a team player to achieve excellence.
• Ensure compliance all RSPO and ISO systems and procedures within the work place.
• Computer literate and be able to converse in English.
• Any other duties as directed by management.

• Able to efficiently undertake day to day operation and maintenance of the palm oil mill with minimum supervision.
• Knowledge in mill process, and maintenance management essential.

• Computer literate, and able to converse in basic English (an advantage).
• Any other duties as directed by the management.

• Be mill advisor or senior mill engineer and have a good career
  
• Be able to provide Technical Advisory and to troubleshoot and fix all technical problem
  
• Should preferably have a recognized Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Production Engineering
  
• Work experience in Indonesia would be an advantage
  
• Able to work independently
  
• Reports to Chief Plantation Controller

• Be currently a Mill Manager or Assistant Manager or Mill Engineer and have a good career track record
  
• Have at least a second Grade Steam Engineer Certificate of Competency
  
• Should have preferably attended and completed MPOGC/PORIM Course for Palm Oil Engineers
  
• Should preferably have a recognized Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Production Engineering
  
• Work experience in Indonesia would be an advantage

• Minimum 15 years experience in related position in reputable oil palm plantation company
  
• Bachelor degree/diploma in related discipline /AISP/LISP
  
• Candidates with Indonesian/Kalimantan planting experience will have a better advantage
  
• Possess substantial experience in oil palm development from jungle
  
• Possess the capacity to deal with the development of “Kebun Plasma”
  
• Possess the capacity to work with the Indonesian local government, authorities in respect of land and its associated issues
  
• Possess the capacity to work with the local community especially where “Adat” land is involved

• Recognized degree in Agricultural Science or Engineering (preferably in Mechanical Engineering)
• Min. 10 years related working experience in a palm oil mill or estate of which at least 4 years in a managerial capacity
• Able to converse and write in English
• Team player with strong interpesonal skill
• Wilingness to work under pressure, meeting strict deadlines and work in an interior environment

• Aged not more than 35 years with a recognized degree preferably in Agricultural Science or Mechanical Engineering
• Min 2-3 years experience working in a palm oil mill or estate
• Able to converse and write in English
• Computer literate
