PT Tolan Tiga Indonesia was established within the framework of the Foreign Capital Investment Loan. The company is further established to be a management company for the SIPEF Group, Jabelmalux Group, and PT. Agro Muko activities in Indonesia and is managing about 66.303 hectares of oil palm plantations and rubber in Sumatera. We are looking for :MILL MANAGER
Qualification:
- Degree / Diploma in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Chemical)
- Section : Palm Oil Mills
- Reports to : Engineering Department
- Experience : 5 years
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure mill is operated efficiently and all process and quality parameters are maintained to set targets.
- Ensure efficient Mill Management, and cost effective operation.
- Good leadership and man-management skills.
- Be a team player to achieve excellence.
- Ensure compliance all RSPO and ISO systems and procedures within the work place.
- Computer literate and be able to converse in English.
- Any other duties as directed by management.

- Knowledge in mill process, and maintenance management essential.

- Ensure compliance with all RSPO and ISO systems and procedures within the work place.
- Computer literate, and able to converse in basic English (an advantage).
- Any other duties as directed by the management.
