The general qualifications as follows:
* D3 / S1 Engineering of any majors
* Single, maximum age 25 years old
* Minimum GPA 2.75 (scale 4)
* Comuter Literate (min. Ms Office, CAD)
* fluency in English is an advantage
* Having good communication, self-motivated and willing to work hard
* Eager to learn, interpersonal relationship, and innovative
