PT. KPJB, which consists of KOMIPO and PT.PJB as shareholders, operates and maintains Tanjung jati B 3&4(2ⅹ660MW) coal fired power plant. The station is located at Desa Tubanan Kecamatan, Kembang Kabupaten Jepara Jawa Tengah

2. Eligibility requirements
Education : Graduates from 3 year colleges or above
Age : Born on or after January 1st, 1975
Others : Must be able to start working on Sep. 2010

* Certified English score (TOEFL, TOEIC) issued within the last 3 years(if applicable)
* State-verified technical certificates and special license (if applicable)
* SKCK(Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian)
* Certificate of working careers (if applicable. Indicate the duties by period)
* It should be verified and signed by the previous company
* Resident certificate (including the previous changes in addresses)

5. Others
* Preferential treatment of residents around the power station Area : Jepara city defined by Indonesian government
* Criteria : Residents or children of the residents who have resided in Jepara city for more than 5 years as of December 2009
* Preferential treatment : Extra 10% to be given during each stage of screening process (paper screening, interviews)
* The applicant shall be responsible for any disadvantages due to errors or omissions in the application form. And any false information may disqualify the applicant as a probationer
Disqualification Criteria
* If the person is incompetent or quasi-incompetent
* If the person is adjudicated bankrupt and his/her civil rights have not been restored
* If the person is failed in obtaining SKCK(Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian)
* If the person has the sentence temporarily suspended or is currently on probation
* If 5 years have not elapsed since the person has been dismissed by his/her former employer(s) due to the neglect of duties or other serious problems
