Project Business Coordinator (PBC)

Requirement:

1. Knowledge/experience for large scale contract negotiation / implementation at power plant project/operation, oil & gas, mining company, or other similar Industry.
2. Project management experience, including budget control and production planning.
3. Knowledge/ experience to obtain and maintain all project licenses and permit.
4. Coordination to EPC related works.
5. Coordination and management of issues and affairs among related parties and government authority, etc.
6. Having good knowledge/experience in accounting and financing is preferred.
7. Having good sound of power plant industry is preferred.

General Requirements:

1. Age: younger than 35 years.
2. Education; S1 degree and/or equivalent, majoring as appropriate to the position.
3. Proficient in English and computer literate.
4. Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal and coordination skills.
5. Work Place: Jepara, Central Java.
6. Type of Employment: Permanent Basis.

Disqualification Criteria

* If the person is incompetent or quasi-incompetent
* If the person is adjudicated bankrupt and his/her civil rights have not been restored
* If the person is failed in obtaining SKCK(Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian)
* If the person has the sentence temporarily suspended or is currently on probation
* If 5 years have not elapsed since the person has been dismissed by his/her former employer(s) due to the neglect of duties or other serious problems

Training Officer (Jepara, Jawa Tengah)

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with each department/function to develop, define training need analysis, plan, organize and provide training program including monitor and control training implementation in current personnel’s job of employee and also implement performance and skills assessment as result from training program.

Requirements:

Hold S1 Degree from any discipline, preferably Engineering.
Having 2 years working experience in HR Development Function
Strong ability to define TNA and arrange internal and external training activities
Experience in handling Graduate Trainee program
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Good interpersonal and communication skill.
Good presentation, report writing skills and computer literacy (familiar with Microsoft
