PT KLK Agriservindo, a subsidiary of KLK (M) Bhd., a leading plantation company in Malaysia, has the following vacancies due to our rapid expansion program in Indonesia
Estate Manager & Mill Manager
You would lead the overall operations of an estate (maintenance and harvesting) or a palm oil mill (both in its maintenance and processing). In order to achieve this, you shall work closely with the mill or estates by ensuring the given targets set by the company are met. We envisage you to be an energetic leader with great drive and initiative

Requirements :
- Recognized degree in Agricultural Science or Engineering (preferably in Mechanical Engineering)
- Min. 10 years related working experience in a palm oil mill or estate of which at least 4 years in a managerial capacity
- Able to converse and write in English
- Team player with strong interpesonal skill
- Wilingness to work under pressure, meeting strict deadlines and work in an interior environment
Requirements :
- Aged not more than 35 years with a recognized degree preferably in Agricultural Science or Mechanical Engineering
- Min 2-3 years experience working in a palm oil mill or estate
- Able to converse and write in English
- Computer literate
