Supervisor Land Access
Reporting to Land Access Superintendent, this position will be responsible for implementing land acquisition strategies in accordance with government regulations, BHP Billiton guidelines and standards and project management directive and schedule. This will include activities such as preparing action plans, communication and price negotiations with land, crop and building owners, maintaining good coordination and positive relationships with government institutions, community groups and other stakeholders related to land and asset compensation, and the supervision of team members.
To be considered for this position, you must at least have 3 years experiences in dealing with land and associated crop and asset compensation, demonstrate strong project management, administration leadership and interpersonal skills, clearly demonstrated integrity and have good communication and negotiation skills.
Candidates preferably have demonstrated extensive knowledge in Indonesian mining, land laws and regulations, in-depth knowledge in land issues in various areas and cultures, and are culturally sensitive.
