Requirements:
- Bachelor degree (S1) from reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75
- Minimum of 2 years related sales experience
- Fluency in English both oral and written
- Lead the sales process to acquire new Corporate Card accounts to achieve the targeted charge volume & new cards acquisition
- Maintain strong relationship with key business partners
- Manage the account relationships of all accounts signed up over the lifetime of the account
- Handle all customer issues and increase the cillings
Customer Support Officer - American Express Corporate (CODE: CCCS03)
Requirements:
- Diploma degree (D3) from reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75
- Minimum of 2 years related service experience
- Fluency in English both oral and written
Responsibilities:
- Provide back-up and support for the corporate sales team
- To process new applications-follow up for incomplete document before send to new account
- To ensure timely new / add on application processing
- To reconcile on behalf of certain clients in a timely manner
Management Development Program - Card Business (CODE: CCMT05)
Requirements:
- University graduate any discipline with :
Min GPA 3.00 for Bachelor Degree
Min. GPA 3.25 for Master Degree - Age maximum 28 years
