Senior Consultant
As a Consultant in Hay Group, your primary focus is in the delivery of Hay Group's leading-edge methodologies to our clients. You will be working with our clients business leader and helping them diagnose and resolve organizational issues
Requirements :
- Highly confident and capabel of working with business leader across a range of industries
- Ability to rapidly understand and learn, strong conceptual and analytical thinking with published interpersonal and communication skills are necessity
- First degree and min. of 10 years professional/managerial experience in organizations & HR, business planning & development and/or strategic consulting experience. Ohter post-graduate/professional qualifications will be advantageous
As Hay Group Indonesia is an intergral part of Hay Group, it is necessary that our consultants are mobile and prepared to work in locations across continent.
