INDEPENDENT POWER PRODUCER (Palembang) - Plant / Project Manager, Mechanical / Electrical / Mining Engineer
We are an established growing Independent Power Producer looking for qualified individuals to fill the following positions :
1. Plant Manager (PM) & Project Manager (PJM)
Key Responsibilities :
- Reporting to the director (PM).
- Reporting to the project director (PJM).
- Responsible for the plant construction and the following plant operation (PM).
- Responsible for the setting up the plant operation team and power production (PM).
- Responsible for the overall plant construction stages included the plant design review, commissioning, test run and final acceptance (PJM).
- Male, max. 40 years.
- Graduated from the reputable university with minimum 6 years experience in the similar field.
- Willing to stay in the power plant site in South Sumatra (PM).
- Willing to travel and staying for long period at the site (PJM).
- Excellent knowledge in engineering and power plant process (PM).
- Strong planning and organization skills (PM).
- Strong leadership character supported with the good knowledge in human management, methodology and analysis (PM).
- Strong ability to manage whole project schedule and ability to evaluate the technical workmanship of the project (PJM).
- Excellent knowledge in coordinating of the project subcontractors (PJM).
- Able to work under pressure/perform to the deadlines and to solve the problems (PJM).
- Self-motivated, able to handle multi tasks and excellent analytical skills (PM & PJM).
2. Two Mechanical Engineers (ME) and Two Electrical Engineers (EE)
Key Responsibilities :
- Reporting to the plant manager.
- Responsible for the mechanical/electrical parts of the plant from the rotating equipment to the balance of plant.
Requirements :
- Male, max 40 years.
- Graduated from the reputable university majoring in mechanical/electrical engineering and minimum 2 years experience in the similar field.
- Excellent knowledge in power plant engineering or similar plant.
- Have ability to work with the team.
3. Mining Engineer (MNE)
Key Responsibilities :
- Reporting to the plant manager.
- Responsible for coal mining production.
Requirements :
- Male, max 35 years.
- Graduated from the reputable university majoring in mining engineering and minimum 2 years experience in the similar field.
- Excellent knowledge in coal mining.
- Have ability to work with the team
General Requirement :
Computer literate and able to communicate/write in English, Good concern about safety and healthy, Willing to travel.
